ATM payments - are credited the same or next business day. EFT payments - may take up to 3 business days to reflect – it depends on the banks and is unfortunately out of our control. Retail payments - usually reflect next business day morning.

Note that weekends and public holidays are not business days for banks and so they are not included.

If your funds are not credited after that time - prepare your transaction receipt / proof of payment / payment confirmation / ATM receipt / retail slip, and contact us via the SOL in-app Chat or Whatsapp.
